Our new AI-powered intelligent assistant helps manage enquiries and automates complex workflows, significantly reducing manual administrative burdens while maintaining high levels of accuracy and fairness. Our Chatbot follows your rules, responds to details in the specified ticket and even references the Single Code of Practice while assessing an appeal. It will recommend the appropriate response and whether or not to accept the motorist’s appeal.

Licensing Solutions: See how our new licensing features integrate seamlessly into our existing platforms, providing a unified solution for authorities managing diverse regulatory requirements beyond traditional parking. The system is configurable to set specific questions for licence applications and allows council officers to cover a wide range of different licence scenarios. Our software will automatically create Consultation Notices and Licence Certificates – another time-saver.
