We have made our APNR Checker even easier to use

In this, the next in our series of Feature Focus articles, we focus on the Zatpark ANPR Checker.

Checking ANPR reads is a necessary but often time-consuming one. We recognised this, so we redesigned the Zatpark checker page, organising information to allow you to see all the key information you need to make a decision. As a result, it will reduce the time needed to check ANPR readings, a great way to improve efficiency.

The ANPR checker view now shows the key information about each ANPR ticket. The details of the vehicle are shown on the panel on the left-hand side. In the Zatpark management portal, the details are displayed in a series of easy-to-use tabs. Information about the site where the contravention occurred now includes details of the parking or allow list sessions, and any other recent visits by that vehicle to that site.

This ease-of-use update allows you and your staff to make an informed and fair decision on contraventions, giving you all the information you need at your fingertips.

The Zatpark platform notification settings now show you details of allow list sessions, possible duplicate tickets and whether there are any issues regarding the times that you are enforcing at that site.

We have moved the ticket processing options into an easy-to-access group. You now have options to process the ticket, create an allow list session for that vehicle, or void the ticket entirely.

For open tickets, there is now a section displaying all the ANPR tickets to be processed by batch. This improvement gives you a snapshot of the contravention details for other vehicles in the batch and allows you to move forward or backwards through the listed tickets.

This update is part of our continuous improvement cycle to ensure Zatpark provides the best user experience possible.
